HAD THE HERBERT FAMILY OUT FOR ALITTLE 1/2 DAY FISHING, LEFT WB AROUD 7AM, LIGHT SW WINDS AND A SMALL 2' CHOP..HEADED OFF TO A NEARSHORE PIECE OF BOTTOM THAT USUALLY HOLDS A GOOD AMOUNT OF FISH IN THE FALL AND WINTER TO SEE WHAT IT WOULD GIVE UP TODAY...HAD WIND AGAINST TIDE AGAIN!!! BUT THE BOTTOM WAS JUST LIT UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE...IT SEEMED LIKE WE FOUND THE MAIN VEIN OF SEA BASS, LOCK AND LOAD TYPE FISHING...MOST FISH WERE IN THE 1# TO 3# RANGE WITH A FEW BIGGER AND SMALLER . HAD A FEW OTHER VISITORS AROUND THE BOAT AS WELL, SOME SMALL MAHI AND A NICE AJ THAT GAVE KATHY A GOOD WORK OUT..WIND STARTED PICKING UP AROUND 1 PM AS WE MADE OUR WAY BACK TO THE INLET, IT WAS A GREAT WAY TO SPEND THE MORNING FILLING THE COOLER.

That is most definitely a very nice pic of an AJ. I honestly can say I am not looking forward to catching any black bass once I get back. I have not caught one single on of them since I have been here in Destin. They just do not exist!
