9.9 times out of 10 the problem is due to you operating an OLD browser.. You need to update to Internet Explorer 7 or 8 --or-- Mozilla Firefox 2 or 3.

If you think you already have the updated IE or FF, double check yourself. I have seen many people swear to me time and time again they are using the right browser but it turns out they WERE NOT!... So please double check yourself!!

Open IE (not thru aol if you have aol)
Click Help - About IE.
Your version will be listed first thing on the popup.

I can tell you now IE 6 and previous versions have problems...

Please UPGRADE - not just for this site, but the benefit extends to every website you visit.

If that doesn't solve your problem, make sure you allow JAVA.

And if that fails to solve your problem, CALL DAVE!! Very Happy
