Here are the results from the 4/12/2008 tournament:
2008 Rotary Kingfish Tournament
A total of 62 boats qualified to weigh-in. More than 300 anglers participated. We anticipate that we raised more than $25,000 for selected community charities.
Grand Prize - $5000 Captain Richard Price, Happy Bones 34.30 lb. King
2nd Prize - $1500 Captain Gary Gilileo, Shearwater 33.60 lb. King
3rd Prize - $750 Captain Matt Kimmett. Baby Grady 32.65 lb. King
4th Prize - $500 Captain Roland Hurney, Proceeds 28.65 lb. King
5th Prize - $250 Captain Chris Mariani, No Guarantees 6.80 lb. Spanish Mackerel
Junior Division (plaques given):
1st Place - Thomas Trask, Legal Tender 7.25 lb. King
2nd Place - John Piazza, Triple Threat 5.95 lb. King (4 youth on that boat)
3rd Place - James McArthur, Yellow-Tail 1.40 lb. Spanish Mackerel
Rotarian Cup - Staci Price on Happy Bones 34.30 lb. King
