I thought I would take a moment to share a few photos with everyone of some North Carolina redfish fishing!

Thursday afternoon for three hours was one of the best inshore trips we’ve ever had. My son, Crockett, and I had the chance to go drum fishing with our friend Curtis Morris, and we had an amazing day. Curtis is truly one of the best fishermen I have ever laid eyes on, and he put us on the fish!!

In about three hours, Crockett landed 10 drum, while Curtis and I landed at least 6 or 7 apiece. We hooked at least that many more each. We had successful releases with every fish: except the three we kept for the grill of course. Very Happy (Blackend drum on the grill - YUMMY!!!)

I hope you will enjoy the following photos of the day on our website.
