$2500 as is-- because the motor runs great ,compression,wiring ,etc.-- I am soon to do some minor fiberglass repairs -when done I have been told I can easily get $5000
would rather sell it quick than do the work -may also sell just motor if offer is ok -- the boat has gps, fishfinder, etc.
