Well guys I've been up near Canaveral and went jigging with a young man who knows far more about this thing than I do. It was a great learning experience and my first attempt got me a 40 pound REEF DONKEY. Second was a 52 pound jack. Matt said look at the screen and drop it down to them. I raised the rod I believe twice and I felt the tug. My rod bent over like it was going over the boat. I thought it was going to break. Im not used to such limber fishing gear. I was using the setup I asked you guys about earlier in the year with a OTI jig. Thank you all for your tips. I hope to take all these lessons out to the Humps with me for more. Man what a ride amberjack are!! _________________ Fountain 34 CC
